Administrator-authorized Google Drive backups for the company’s HiPowerVSES CRM database.

HiPowerVSES CRM manages quotations, sales, product identifiers, inventory, returns, repairs and business reports. Its optional online backup feature creates a complete SQL database backup and uploads it to the Google Drive account authorized by the CRM administrator.
Backups can run manually or on a schedule through the central CRM service.
Google account authorization
The administrator connects the configured master Google account through Google’s sign-in and consent screens. The application checks the connected account’s email against the master account configured in CRM.
The application requests the drive.file permission to create and manage its backup files.
Replacement of older backups
The application uploads and verifies a new backup before permanently deleting older backup files belonging to the same CRM installation. Unrelated Drive files and the account’s general trash are outside this cleanup operation.

پشتیبان آنلاین نرم‌افزار HiPowerVSES CRM
این قابلیت متعلق به شرکت «ویرا صنعت الکترونیک سورین» است و برای نگهداری نسخه پشتیبان اطلاعات CRM شرکت در Google Drive حسابی که مدیر نرم‌افزار تأیید می‌کند استفاده می‌شود.
نرم‌افزار HiPowerVSES CRM گردش کار پیش‌فاکتور، فروش، شناسه محصولات، انبار، مرجوعی، تعمیرات و گزارش‌های شرکت را مدیریت می‌کند. قابلیت پشتیبان آنلاین، نسخه کاملی از پایگاه داده SQL تهیه می‌کند و با اجازه مدیر، آن را به Google Drive حساب مستر منتقل می‌کند. پشتیبان‌گیری به‌صورت دستی یا زمان‌بندی‌شده، از طریق سرویس مرکزی نرم‌افزار انجام می‌شود.
اتصال از طریق صفحه ورود و تأیید مجوز گوگل انجام می‌شود. برنامه مجوز drive.file را درخواست می‌کند، ایمیل حساب متصل را با حساب مستر تنظیم‌شده تطبیق می‌دهد و فایل‌های پشتیبان ایجادشده توسط همین نصب را مدیریت می‌کند.
نسخه جدید ابتدا بارگذاری و تأیید می‌شود؛ سپس نسخه‌های قدیمی متعلق به همین نصب به‌صورت دائمی حذف می‌شوند. سایر فایل‌های حساب و سطل زباله عمومی Drive پاک نمی‌شوند.
